Public Foundation “Positive dialogue” collected information about nine public organizations that provide services to vulnerable citizens: sex workers, drug users, people living with HIV, ex-prisoners, and poor. Each organization agreed to share their contacts and information in the attached table. The database will be updated based on new information received.
